Federalism is the dominant social system that controlled Russia during Lenin's rule. It was also commonly used during Medieval times. It was basically entrusting the rich with higher status jobs and lower people to work Easier and more labor intensive jobs however both classes of people were given housing and military protection. It led to the fall of Russia in the year 1886
What is communism and how did it rise
Communism is a socioeconomic system structured upon the common ownership of the means of production and characterized by the absence of social classes, money, and the state; as well as a social, political and economic ideology and movement that aims to establish this social order. So it is basically fairness and equality to all people. It rose with Lenin when he came into power.
