Cooking field trip

Today we went on a field trip to Kapiolani community collage yet again and we had to cook our dish once more. I liked the taste of our dish more this time because the vegetables had a better taste to them. The vegetables weren't overpowered with the taste of wine like they were last time. I think that the chicken was lacking taste and it still wasn't good enough however I don't know how to fix this problem. I was thinking about seasoning it with some more salt or something. I know that we need to add more fresh vibrant collars to our dish such as mint or cilantro.

 

While we were cooking our dish at Kapiolani community collage cooking facilities we worked really well together and we were able to finish our dish a bit earlier than other groups. We didn't need any extra time. As we were working we cooperated with each other through every step of the process and I believe that this is what made us such a good team we yelled out what we were doing and helped each other when we needed it. We did a lot better than last time because everyone knew what they were doing how to do it and why they needed to do it. I think that the execution of our dish was near perfect. In the end we worked a lot more time efficiently than last time and we were able to complete our dish 100 percent of the way. I think that the way we were commanding our group was why we did so well. I am glad with the way our team work was today.

 

Me and my group thought that we need to improve the recipe because our team work was great. My group will also meet on Saturday to practice cooking our dish. I can't wait to return to KCC and do even better and make a better dish.
