Current CEC

During today's class we focused and worked on circuits. I learned just how complicated it is to build circuits and how hard it was to build a circuit and find out what did and didn't work. There were some fastest of building circuits I didn't understand because I couldn't see the electricity flowing. It was difficult to build a complete circuit when one part wasn't working because we had to go through all the individual components and change them to see what's wasn't working. In the beginning we had 2 wires that weren't working and it was really hard to diagnose that because we were only changing out one wire at a time. I had a hard time finding that out however we decided to change all the wires and we got lucky with two working wires.

While we were were working on circuits I didn't understand how the charge was carried out differently. I was wondering why some times the batteries were both dimly lit and sometimes they were both brightly lit, and other times one was bright and the other one wasn't. A circuit is a closed loop of electricity which electricity travels through. Circuits are always closed and travel in a constant loop.

I would like to learn more about circuits and how it is applied in real life for example how outlets distribute electricity. I would also like to know if there are circuits in cars and if so then how do they work. I was wondering how some lights plug into outlets and the wires were only going in one direction.
